(AIM:JSE) ('Jadestone' or the 'Company'), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, is pleased to announce that it has published and uploaded its Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting and Information Circular to SEDAR and to the Company's website, www.jadestone-energy.com. The material will be mailed to shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications. The annual general meeting will be held on June 18, 2020 (the 'Meeting').
With the intent to proactively deal with the unprecedented public health impact of the CoVid-19 pandemic, comply with guidelines and instructions of government bodies, and mitigate risk to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the Company will hold the Meeting through a virtual meeting by teleconference which will be conducted via dial-in participation, details of which are included on the Notice of Annual General Meeting. All shareholders are entitled and encouraged to vote at the Meeting by proxy. The form of proxy can be accessed on both SEDAR and the Company's website. All shareholders, regardless of geographic location and equity ownership will have an equal opportunity to participate at the Meeting and engage with directors of the Company and management as well as other shareholders, in real time, through dial-in participation.
