('ProLung' or the 'Company'), which has developed a cutting-edge predictive analytic that utilizes bioconductance to reduce the time to cancer diagnosis, announced today that its private placement of convertible notes with gross proceeds of approximately US$3.3 million was fully subscribed. The Company has already received approximately $3.0 million of the proceeds from the Private Placement and expects to receive the remaining approximately $350,000 in proceeds in June 2020. This round comes on the heels of the U.S. FDA awarding its 'Breakthrough Device Designation' to the ProLung Test™.
