The Asian Cookies Baking Kit comes with three different DIY baking kits and an online workshop. These premium baking mixes take the fuss out of baking with pre-measured gourmet ingredients, foolproof recipes, and easy-to-understand directions. Recipes are curated by Happy Buns, a local Asian bakery. Their irresistible almond cookies, fluffy coconut buns, and hand-crafted desserts with a balanced sweetness makes them one of the favorite Asian dessert vendors at food festivals and farmers markets. Happy Buns was voted as the Best Asian Treats in Phoenix Magazine's 2019 Best of the Valley. Nom Nom Events' goal is to highlight ethnic diversity and be a platform for small businesses. This partnership with Happy Buns will showcase how to make their Asian cookies at home, including their popular almond cookies.
Asian Cookies Baking Kit (Just add butter, eggs, and/or vegetable oil):
Cookies can be made in 30 minutes to one hour. Mixes are prepackaged individually, so one dozen cookies can be baked at a time. Mixes can be saved to bake at the next party or entertain kids with a fun experience.
The DIY cookie kit also includes a live stream with Happy Buns' baker demonstrating the kits on July 2nd. Guests can follow along or watch the recorded event at a later time. The ticket purchase will support a local small business impacted by the pandemic.
The DIY cookie kit is $60 with free priority mail shipping. The kit includes 3 different Asian cookie mixes (net weight ~ 5 pounds) to make 72 cookies and the online baking workshop. Kits will be shipped on June 29th by the USPS for no contact delivery and orders must be placed by June 28th.
