BEACHWOOD, OHIO - 9th October 2020 - Nadine Glatley, founder of Rent a Daughter is pleased to announce that the senior care center is now adjusting to the new normal due to the ongoing pandemic. Covid-19 has posed some serious challenges across industries, especially in home health care, elderly care, and Alzheimer's and Dementia care services. Rent a Daughter understands the problems that their clients are facing during this period due to limited care. The agency is open and accepting all clients keeping in place the Government guidelines; and the health & safety protocols. "We did have a lot of people in assisting living and in nursing homes, so we weren't able to get in and see them. You know, basically our dialysis patients we were able to drive them if they were in assisted living", said Glatley.
There have been many success stories for Nadine. One of which was with the couple Robert Jackson aged 83 and wife Donna who have been married for 62 years now. While Donna cannot be of much assistance due to her own age, Robert takes all the help he can from Glatley. For about 10 years Robert has battled Parkinson's and he says that it wouldn't have been possible if it was not for the home health care services provided by Rent a Daughter. "Nadine does a lot for me", says Robert Jackson. For which Nadine replies "Just try to do whatever we can as if he was my own dad". During the last three years, this trio has become a family and share some precious moments together whenever they get time.
For Rent a Daughter, it is not just about offering senior care services or elderly care. It is about building a relationship so that the patients can recover faster or have a better quality of life. Nadine as a caregiver finds the work highly rewarding. She believes in giving back through compassion and building long-lasting relationships. Nadine owes all her success to these relationships and their history with each and every client that they have served. Over the years Glatley has received several compliments such as 'I just loved spending every minute with you' or 'I really love you. You're like a daughter. Thank you' and so on. Nadine is proud that she has a legacy that she can share and leave it behind for her two daughters Amanda aged 20 and Julia aged 16.
