Sharing what he has learned throughout his career in the fabrication industry, Tyler Shveyda was featured in a recent interview
MIDLAND, TX / ACCESSWIRE / January 11, 2021 / Tyler Shveyda was recently featured in an interview with Thrive Global. He spoke about a variety of topics including what he does when he feels unfocused, how he stays motivated, and his role models.
With more than 10 years of experience in the fabrication industry, Tyler Shveyda is the co-owner of Twisted Steel Fabrication in Midland, Texas. The company mostly serves oil field companies.
In the interview, Mr. Shveyda shared valuable advice for recent graduates. He suggested to ask a lot of questions to learn as much as possible, to take the time to learn and listen, to get started in businesses sooner rather than later, and to consistently maintain goals.
He also explained what he thinks makes someone successful.
'I think most successful people either come from money or come from nothing,' explained Tyler Shveyda.
'The people that I know that have really succeeded have done so because they come from money, are used to having it, and they cannot imagine a lifestyle without having all the things they have had, or they grew up without money, had a really rough upbringing, and don't want those same hardships for their kids. They will work as hard as possible so that their family never has to go through that.'
