STROUDSBURG, PA / ACCESSWIRE / May 24, 2023 / ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ Global MarketSM:ESSA), the holding company for ESSA Bank & Trust, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2023, payable on June 30, 2023.
