OSCEOLA, AR / ACCESWIRE / September 22, 2023 / Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVTV), ('EVTV' or 'the Company'), announced that after market close today, September 22, 2023, the Company filed its amended Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2022, amended Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2022, and amended Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2022.The Company expects to file its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2022 shortly thereafter.
EVTV expects to file its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2023 and Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023 by October 16, 2023, upon completion of the review currently being conducted by the Company's independent registered public accounting firm.
The Company would thereafter expect to regain compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
